2. Intellectual Property & Deliverables
Custom software solutions built under client service agreements are transferred with full source code ownership and intellectual property rights as explicitly outlined in individual Master Services Agreements (MSAs). Proprietary frameworks and templates remain the property of Drashti Software Innovations.
3. Service Warranties & SLA
Drashti Software Innovations delivers enterprise-grade software engineered for high availability, security, and scalability. Specific maintenance schedules, uptime commitments, and warranty periods are governed by project-specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
4. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, with jurisdiction in Rajkot, Gujarat.
